This solution follows a modular “base pallet + divider + egg tray” stacking structure. The plastic pallet supports forklift handling, divider sheets distribute interlayer loads, and egg trays position individual eggs. It is suitable for egg collection, sorting hubs, and pre-dispatch distribution workflows.

Layer quantity can be configured by transport requirement. Under typical setups, 4-layer, 5-layer, and 6-layer systems correspond to approximately 8,640 / 10,800 / 12,960 eggs per set, with about 288 / 360 / 432 trays respectively. These figures are reference values and should be validated against tray specification, handling method, and transport conditions.
